Why to practice Yoga Online?

Besides the obvious advantage of practicing at the comfort of your home (or office), without wasting time commuting, you train yourself the capacity of practicing alone in your environment. You will be part of a group and the teacher will stay all time supervising your practice. You will learn to practice by yourself whenever you go.

To compensate the lack of physical touch and corrections, I describe precisely the right activations of each pose and I demonstrate how to do it. The focus here is to dive deeper into your practice without the distractions of a yoga studio. Most of the time, students progress even faster with Online classes.

Why to practice with me?

  • I have more than 20 years of experience teaching. My main goal is to help you to learn your possibilities and teach you your personal adaptations for the practice.
  • I am confident that consistency is more important than intensity, so I don’t have the ambition of teaching you impossible and risky poses, instead, I offer a sustainable and healthy yoga routine, that will result in good mobility and strength, but most importantly in a good relationship with your own body.

  • Yoga is much more than simply yoga poses, it’s an attitude towards life.
  • Besides the weekly regular classes, you can access exclusive content: recorded video classes, theoretical classes, you can make questions and even request specific videos subscribing to my Patreon.
  • I use a high definition microphone that makes my voice clear. I can give the instructions calm and gently and you can still listen to me easily;
  • I painted the background wall of my Yoga Studio in a color that favors a clear vision of my demo;
  • For the same reason, I invested in professional lighting. Technically, I did the best to make my Yoga class an amazing experience.

Recommendations

  • Prefer to practice with empty stomach (or at least 3 hours after a meal);
  • Practice gently, adapt when necessary;
  • Prefer let the source of light not behind you;
  • If possible set your whole yoga mat in the camera. This way I can see you easily and correct you when necessary.
